I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to Jefferson-Scranton High School. We have a long tradition of academic excellence and success, which is supported by the many other aspects of our school. Jefferson-Scranton High School is a place where excellence is encouraged, enhanced and developed to help our students reach their full potential. Many of our programs are recognized statewide as superior.
Jefferson-Scranton High School offers a challenging curriculum that focuses on academic knowledge and skills designed to prepare students for their chosen pursuits after high school. Both the curricular and extracurricular activities of the school provide an opportunity for students to develop self-esteem, self-discipline, respect for others, and service to school and community.
